Join our Crystal Ski team and support our resort operations by providing essential accounts and administrative expertise that helps our teams deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a winter seasonal role up to a maximum of 6 months and can be based in a variety of countries, provided you have the right to work in your chosen location.
Job Responsibility
Sales Database set up and maintenance throughout the season
Support the Senior Resort Accounts Controller with the delivery of training and implementation of finance related business processes to other departments
Manage accounting data and card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams and assisting with any card payment issues
Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances
Assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment
Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of Ski Essentials to guests through handling phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

Highly numeric with prior experience in the industry and/or finance and accounting preferred but not required
Fluency in verbal and written English
