Job Description:

Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of hospitality, travel, tourism and bring the mountains to life for our Crystal Ski guests? If you can communicate with guests and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile, and you hold a valid EU passport, this could be the winter job you are looking for.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional service to guests from arrival until departure
Engage with Crystal Ski guests to understand their holiday needs, offering tailored advice, resolving complex issues, and selling ski passes, equipment, tuition, and après activities (Crystal Ski Rep)
Handle complex, sensitive, or emergency issues for Crystal Ski guests both in person and digitally (Crystal Ski Service Support Rep)
Keep the content in our Crystal Ski Explorer App useful, up-to-date and engaging
Ensure colleagues in our Contact Centre have all the latest information to support guests remotely

Requirements:

Valid EU passport
Fully conversational in English
Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
Digital know-how (Crystal Ski Rep)
Confidence using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel (Crystal Ski Service Support Rep)
Ability to handle challenging situations, think on your feet, spot potential problems, and proactively provide solutions
Enjoy driving overseas and confident to do so in snowy conditions (ideally)
