Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of hospitality, travel, tourism and bring the mountains to life for our Crystal Ski guests? If you can communicate with guests and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile, and you hold a valid EU passport, this could be the winter job you are looking for.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests from arrival until departure
  • Engage with Crystal Ski guests to understand their holiday needs, offering tailored advice, resolving complex issues, and selling ski passes, equipment, tuition, and après activities (Crystal Ski Rep)
  • Handle complex, sensitive, or emergency issues for Crystal Ski guests both in person and digitally (Crystal Ski Service Support Rep)
  • Keep the content in our Crystal Ski Explorer App useful, up-to-date and engaging
  • Ensure colleagues in our Contact Centre have all the latest information to support guests remotely

Requirements:

  • Valid EU passport
  • Fully conversational in English
  • Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
  • Digital know-how (Crystal Ski Rep)
  • Confidence using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel (Crystal Ski Service Support Rep)
  • Ability to handle challenging situations, think on your feet, spot potential problems, and proactively provide solutions
  • Enjoy driving overseas and confident to do so in snowy conditions (ideally)
