Crystal Ski Childcare Rep

• create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 6 Months - 8 years
• ensure high standards for Childcare and Health & Safety guidelines are always followed
• participate in weekly welcome meetings and end of week presentations
• liaise with ski school suppliers and hoteliers
• ensure needs for all children are met from the point they are dropped off
• build a rapport with parents and deliver daily feedback on their child’s day

• UK recognized or equivalent childcare qualification/education to work with 0–8-year-olds
• ideally a valid paediatric First Aid Certificate
• experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• experience of working with kids
• ability to work solo and as part of an international team
• willingness to learn and commit
• fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
• hold or can obtain an EU passport
• fully conversational in English
