Job Description:

As subject matter expert PKI (public key infrastructure) you are having expertise specifically related to the PKI products such as Venafi, but also the framework around it, such as the in-house product NGCAS. You are able to identify shortcomings of the PKI products, understand and analyse feature requests, its impact and implications. Prepare reports that help the management to decide on roadmaps and upcoming project direction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform gap analysis of PKI products and supporting products
  • Recommend the management about new features, new versions, and direction of PKI service
  • Work with engineering team
  • guide the team on technical matters and recommend on overall engineering framework
  • Advise customers with the initial integration of the PKI service
  • Get involved in third line support matters when there is a need for SME expertise
  • Liaise with vendors on roadmap, feature requests or support matters
  • Instrumental to potential migration to new PKI solutions / services

Requirements:

  • Understand PKI at expert level, products like Venafi and supporting services such as loadbalancers, sql and cryptographic algorithms and protocols (SSL/ TLS)
  • Knowledge & experience of Industry Best Practices and tools used in PKI
  • Great communicator, willing to help others
  • Strong analytic skills, proactive mindset and stay up to date with latest developments in PKI
  • Experience and understanding of Databases – Microsoft SQL
  • Identity Access Management Experience – RBAC, Privileged Access Management
  • Experience working with Service Management tools and processes – Service Now, RFC’s etc
  • Good experience of Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel skills
  • Good team management & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
