Job Description:

Token Metrics helps crypto investors build profitable portfolios using artificial intelligence based crypto indices, rankings, and price predictions. Token Metrics has a diverse set of customers, from retail investors and traders to crypto fund managers, in more than 50 countries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals
  • Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business
  • Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company
  • Identifying growth opportunities for the company
  • Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business
  • Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company
  • Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
  • Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth
  • Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders
  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets

Requirements:

  • Earned or earning a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field
  • Copywriting experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Creative thinker who can collaborate creatively or work autonomously
  • SEO and SEM knowledge

Nice to have:

  • Experience with and/or interest in crypto a plus
  • Demonstrate experience with strategic B2C/B2B email marketing and creating paid marketing content (a plus)
