Job Description:

Join Care Fertility as a Cryo Management Administrator and play a key role in supporting patients through the management of cryopreserved material. You'll assist with consent processes, patient communication, and invoice management, ensuring a seamless and compassionate service. No previous cryo experience is required — full training and mentorship will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support patients through the management of cryopreserved material
  • Assist with consent processes, patient communication, and invoice management
  • Update patient records following communication or activity
  • Issue invoices, manage payments, and communicate about cryopreserved material
  • Manage the HFEA statutory notice process for storage consent renewals/extensions
  • Assess patient records to determine appropriate and timely communication
  • Identify and escalate anomalies in patient records
  • Manage a dedicated email inbox for patient enquiries
  • Maintain and update an internal virtual whiteboard platform
  • Communicate with patients via telephone, email, post, and the Salve App
  • Build strong working relationships with senior staff across clinics
  • Use Microsoft Teams regularly for internal communication
