Job Description:

The Crust Assistant Server supports the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role involves assisting servers in attending to guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring timely service of food and beverages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist servers in taking and delivering food and beverage orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
  • Refill water, bread, and other table necessities as required
  • Support proper setup and breakdown of dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist with special guest requests and provide prompt service
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or F&B Outlet Manager

Requirements:

  • A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of F&B operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
