Crushing Assistant

As a Crushing Assistant at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you’ll be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for supporting the efficient running of the milling train. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate turbines and monitor critical equipment to ensure smooth production throughout the crushing season. The role involves shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime, with day work during the maintenance period.
