Job Description:

Our client is a well established, privately owned tour operator who sell exclusively through travel trade partners. Their product range features flights, hotels, worldwide tours, cruises featuring bespoke and multi centre itineraries. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for Cruise Travel Reservations Consultants to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers. The role includes handling new and existing cruise reservations, ensuring customers receive accurate advice, efficient booking management, and an excellent end-to-end travel experience while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Dealing with incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking cruises
  • Booking with several different major cruise companies
  • Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Managing any pre departure queries, amendments on existing bookings

Requirements:

  • Previous cruise sales experience - essential
  • Experience with tailor-making cruise packages
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confident and pro-active telephone manner
