Our Cruise division is on a mission to open a world of happiness for our suppliers, people, and customers. This role sits at the heart of our product and admin operations, working across everything from rates, packages, and website updates to partner coordination and sales queries. You’ll keep our products accurate, competitive, and market‑ready by blending analytical work, cross‑team collaboration, and hands‑on problem‑solving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide proactive administration support to the Cruise Product Managers across day‑to‑day operations
  • Manage all ZenDesk enquiries from Sales, After Sales and all other internal and external queries, ensuring timely, friendly communication and smooth issue resolution
  • Ensure all packages loaded onto the website are accurate, up‑to‑date, and displayed correctly across all relevant platforms
  • Proof all marketing collateral (from press ads to social media posts, DM pieces to EDMs) to keep our brand sharp and deals consistent and error‑free
  • Test Traveltek Clusters to ensure they are accurate and bookable
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and management of all rates and products both via the Traveltek API & faresheets
  • Conduct regular rate analysis to stay competitive and aligned with market trends
  • Research new products, tours, and attractions to enhance our offering or create upsell opportunities
  • Carry out weekly checks of rates and inventory for products currently being promoted

Requirements:

  • 12+ months’ experience in retail or wholesale travel preferred
  • Strong cruise knowledge
  • Natural organiser with excellent attention to detail

  • Support our land and logistics cruise operations by coordinating and managing all land-based elements in our cruise packages including hotels, day tours, rail, transfers and escorted touring
  • Process, reconcile, and follow up on invoices for hotels, attractions, and other land services primarily using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare and submit accurate passenger name lists to suppliers within required deadlines
  • Manage all ZenDesk enquiries ensuring timely communication and effective issue resolution
  • Keep booking numbers and status information up to date in the Groups Master Tracker, while also adding any new departures as they are released
