Job Description

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless land and logistics operations for our cruise packages , ensuring every guest experience runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll coordinate hotels, tours, transfers, and supplier communications while keeping systems accurate and operations on track.

Job Responsibility

  • Support our land and logistics cruise operations by coordinating and managing all land-based elements in our cruise packages including hotels, day tours, rail, transfers and escorted touring
  • Process, reconcile, and follow up on invoices for hotels, attractions, and other land services primarily using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare and submit accurate passenger name lists to suppliers within required deadlines
  • Manage all ZenDesk enquiries ensuring timely communication and effective issue resolution
  • Keep booking numbers and status information up to date in the Groups Master Tracker, while also adding any new departures as they are released
  • Monitor cancellations and amendments, ensuring suppliers are notified promptly of any changes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to supplier requests, questions, and operational needs as they arise
