Prepares the CRP Warehouse to receive incoming materials
Receives, inspects and unloads materials at the CRP Warehouse
Verifies that the paperwork for the delivery matches what is unloaded
Notes any discrepancies on the trucking company delivery ticket
Notifies the CRP Warehouse Supervisor of all deliveries and assists with matching the delivery to the correct SCN
Assisted the Supervisor with verification of weights, dimensions and correct color coding of the materials
Within 24 hours of material receipt, places the Secure material inside the Secure area of the CRP
Palletizes, bands, crates and stages materials as needed to prepare for container loading
Prepares the Secure material sea shipping containers for Government inspection
Coordinates the packing and stabilization of the materials into the sea containers and completes the loading process with the installation of the dunnage wall per Government procedures
Keeps the Warehouse building neat, clean and safe
Monitors all Warehouse supplies and notifies the Supervisor when materials need to be ordered
Checks and maintains all tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper operation and repairs or replaces any broken or damaged items
Performs all other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma/GED
Five years of experience in a warehouse or construction environment required
Department of State minimum secret security clearance required
Valid driver’s license
Forklift Operators Certification
HazMat Certification
OSHA 10 Hour Training (minimal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of construction materials, equipment and shipping documentation/procedures
Excellent technical and management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of logistics, general warehousing, receiving, shipping, HazMat storage and handling, OSHA safety requirements and related documentation
Ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for long periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 100lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit
Ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights
Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location
