We are actively recruiting a highly motivated and safety-focused Picker/Packer to join our client's dedicated team. This isn't just a packing role—it's a critical position that requires proven skill and precision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on, recent experience operating a reach truck within a busy distribution or logistics setting. Your responsibilities will involve efficient order picking, accurate packing, inventory organization, and safely using the reach truck to manage stock at various heights. Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately and efficiently perform order picking and packing duties as a Picker/Packer
  • Safely operate a reach truck (Hangcha/Crown style equipment) to retrieve and store products in high racking
  • Execute the building of custom pallets based on specific order requirements and instructions
  • Perform routine pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any mechanical issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Expertise in operating a reach truck
  • certification is highly valued
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items as required
