Job Responsibility:

  • Part-time, seasonal role
  • events often take place evenings and weekends
  • Flexible travel to venues across the UK
  • Deliver high-visibility security and excellent customer service at events
  • Conduct pre- and post-event safety checks to ensure venue compliance
  • Greet, assist, and direct event attendees
  • Prevent prohibited or restricted items entering secure zones
  • Monitor crowd behaviour and respond to incidents promptly
  • Report and manage emergencies efficiently
  • Ticket checking and asset protection
  • Supervise and support your security team
  • Carry out entry point security searches

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Valid Door Supervisor (DS) licence required
  • Previous event security or similar supervisory experience advantageous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, especially weekends and evenings
  • Professional, reliable, and able to exercise sound judgement
  • Capable of interacting with VIPs and senior management
  • Checkable work and personal history
  • Knowledge of the events industry
  • Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification (or willingness to complete, training provided)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • ACT, Ask Angela, and Drink Spiking certifications (links provided if needed)
