Job Description:

Join our team working at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for upcoming major events, including a full calendar of fixtures leading into the 2026–2027 football season. We are looking to hire experienced individuals to join our Crowd Safety and Events Team, you will help deliver a fantastic experience for fun and vibrant crowds at Tottenham Hotspurs Football club.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
  • Greeting, assisting and directing people attending the event
  • Ensuring no prohibited or restricted items are taken into secured zones
  • Monitoring crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues
  • Reporting incidents or concerns and dealing with emergency situations
  • Checking tickets
  • Asset Protection
  • Carrying out security searches on entry points

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 years or above
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Experience in delivering personal and professional customer experience advantageous
  • Flexibility for weekend and evening work
  • Professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
  • Confidence in interacting with high level visitors and management
  • Checkable personal history including education, employment, travel, unemployment
  • Understanding of the events industry
  • Working towards or hold a Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
  • ACT Certificates
  • First Aid Certificate
