Join NTT DATA as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) and play a vital role in maintaining IT infrastructure and systems. You will monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents, ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with teams, manage work queues, and contribute to change management processes. A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing is required, along with moderate experience in managed services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain clients' IT infrastructure and systems
  • Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems
  • Restore services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage work queues and address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs
  • Update tickets with actions taken
  • Identify, analyse, and log issues before they escalate
  • Collaborate with other teams and clients to provide second-level support
  • Execute changes meticulously, understanding and mitigating risks
  • Contribute to the change management process with detailed documentation
  • Audit incident and request tickets for quality
  • Recommend improvements and identify tasks for automation
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism
  • Assist in disaster recovery functions and tests
  • Work with automation teams and support L1 Engineers
  • Contribute to various projects
