Job Description

This position aims to become a central force at the Final Assembly Line. As the key on-site representative for all Airbus manufacturing plants, you will act as a critical bridge between the plants and the assembly line. You'll take on the vital role of managing and executing Outstanding Work (OSW) and Non-Conformity (NC) reworks, using your expertise in technical analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly impact the on-time and on-quality delivery of aircraft, making you an indispensable part of the final production process.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for all Airbus MCA plants at the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
  • Act as the central point of contact between FAL customers and the manufacturing plants/subcontracted suppliers
  • Manage all Outstanding Work (OSW), and secure the proper execution of plant work orders
  • Ensure a seamless section handover by analyzing all drawings, tooling, competency qualifications, and parts ordering information required for on-site work
  • Provide immediate technical disposition and analysis on all ATAs for all NC/ALB/QLB that occur at the FAL with plant responsibility
  • Provide hands-on technical support to the production shopfloor
  • Take charge of Manufacturing Engineering disposition and collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out technical investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in process optimization initiatives
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical exchange among team members

  • Take charge of Manufacturing Engineering disposition and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including FAL ME, design offices, and suppliers) to carry out technical investigations and achieve final closure of all issues
