Cross-disciplinary Controls Sr. Lead

• Contribute to the definition of the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Assist in building and managing a high-performing team responsible for Product enhancement and automation
• Design and implement a scalable operating model aligned with Citi’s global data transfer framework
• Collaborate across global legal, compliance, technology, and business teams
• Proactively review and challenge execution quality and develop remediation strategies
• Gather and prioritize product requirements
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and technical specifications
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement areas
• Suggest automation and codification solutions.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar Technical Product Management role
• Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects (impacting 100+ users)
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
• In-depth knowledge of product management best practices, frameworks, and principles (e.g., software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, and AI integration in business processes, demonstrating a passion for innovation and efficiency
• Strong understanding of various technologies and coding languages (ability to code not required, but beneficial)
• Exceptional critical thinking and logical decision-making skills
• Stellar communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel project variables
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
