Cross-disciplinary Controls Senior Lead Analyst

• Providing oversight and support on control design, execution, monitoring and testing as well as ensuring consistent governance and control framework for the aforementioned scope and geography
• Serve as a trusted control advisor who promotes and assists in embedding strong internal controls over financial reporting across clusters in-scope, and is involved in corporate level control programs (MCA – Manager’s Control Assessment, FIM – Finance Issue Management Framework)
• Deliver timely, accurate and insightful control analytics to identify operating control deficiencies and manage them to resolution via proper attention to remediation efforts
• Educate and liaise with process owners to strengthen the control environment to ensure risks are mitigated either completely or to an acceptable level

• Significant experience in financial services / Risk & Control field / Audit fields
• CPA or ACCA equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree required, certification or Master’s degree in relevant field a plus
• Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance environment
• Financial products knowledge is an advantage
• Good understanding of culture, ethical conduct, governance, risk management and control frameworks in leading international organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced / Fluent English knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
