The IMPaCT Team combines the Cross Border Data Clearance function, the Enterprise Data Office, Privacy, and Records and Information Management. The Enterprise CBDC (Data Transfers Office) drives the build-out and implementation of Citi's enterprise-wide data transfer framework and implements the transfers operating model. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) to support and manage the cross-border data transfer technical product / platform within Citi. This role requires an excellent understanding of product management best practices, frameworks, and principles (e.g., software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies), preferably with experience in country privacy / regulatory requirements, data transfer processes, and control frameworks. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge on automation, AI tooling, strategic communication, and data-driven insights. The SVP will be responsible for product advancement and oversight for the Data Enablement Platform, within the Data Transfers Office (DTO). They will accountable for the collection and translation of non-technical business requirements, pertaining to the transfer of Citi owned data, into detailed technical specifications for development execution, and will be expected to collaborate closely with Citi’s engineering development teams to build, enhance, and develop software solutions, catering to the needs of the business.

Requirements:
Minimum 14 years of experience in a similar Technical Product Management role
Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects (impacting 100+ users)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
In-depth knowledge of product management best practices, frameworks, and principles (e.g., software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies)
Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, and AI integration in business processes
Strong understanding of various technologies and coding languages
Exceptional critical thinking and logical decision-making skills
Stellar communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel project variables
