Job Description

Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Cross-Channel Media Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid search, display advertising, and programmatic media. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all platforms while maximizing audience engagement and conversions. This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for different channels
  • Oversee paid digital media campaigns across social media (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), search (Google Ads, Bing), display (various DSPs), video (YouTube), email, and emerging platforms
  • Coordinate media buying, ad placements, and bidding strategies
  • Optimize creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Use tools and marketing automation platforms to analyze and improve campaign performance
  • A/B test different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across channels for maximum efficiency
  • Ensure cost-effective ad spend and improve ROI
  • Work with creative, content, and development teams to produce engaging ad materials
  • Align messaging across channels to create a consistent customer journey
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new digital marketing technologies
