We're currently partnering with a reputable FMCG in finding a newly created Cross-Border E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive and manage the expansion of the GBA channel market. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible in planning and executing the expansion plan (not limited) including the development of strategies to develop marketplaces, logistics process, marketing & branding campaigns, P&L management and measuring positive ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the cross-border sales roadmap to achieve sales objectives and positive P&L and ROI
Manage and develop the different major online marketplaces (Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, Douyin, and WeChat Mini-Programs) to drive sales and brand/product awareness
Develop different pricing and promotion campaigns to including 618, Double 11 (11.11), and GBA market-specific shopping festivals
Research and analysis on campaigns to drive continuous improvement adapting the brand/product to the GBA market
Monitor mainland FMCG trends, "New Retail" developments, and social commerce shifts to stay ahead of market moves
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive high-conversion traffic (via SEO/SEM, Xiaohongshu (Red), and Douyin) and develop a network of GBA-based influencers to drive brand loyalty and sales
Partnership and collaboration with logistics vendor to optimize delivery speed and reduce landed costs
Ensure all FMCG products comply with mainland customs regulations for cross-border e-commerce
Requirements:
Degree holder in business or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in eCommerce sales within the FMCG sector
Solid understanding GBA sales ecosystem, including regional consumer behavior and cross-border logistics
Proficiency in e-commerce analytics (data tracking, conversion rate optimization etc.)
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Results-driven, strong project management and self-motivated
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
