Job Description:

Are you looking to make the next steps in your CRO career? Are you looking to expand your knowledge of CRO. I'm currently working with a Fintech company based in central London looking to hire a CRO Specialist. My client requires someone who has around 2 years of experience in CRO. On a day-to-day basis, the role would be to manage and optimizse the company website, landing pages, and calls-to-actions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and optimise the company website, landing pages, and calls-to-action
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads
  • Manage the end-to-end process of testing, from hypothesis, design, build, QA, delivery, and analysis
  • Monitor Conversion KPIs and collaborates with data to automate and distribute insights

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience within CRO
  • Great understanding of UX
  • Must be able to monitor Conversion KPIs and collaborates with data to automate and distribute insights
  • Great Knowledge of GA is a must
