Job Description:

My client is looking for a CRO manager to join their international company with over 17,000 stores worldwide. In this role, you will be taking charge of functional enhancements and will plan, organise and manage the website optimisation activity so that my clients’ customers benefit from a constantly engaging and improving experience. You will be working closely with external agencies in order to shape and deliver tests and you’ll be the go-to person for CRO in the business. Day to day you will work with key stakeholders to deliver tests from ideation, research, design, development, QA, and testing, utilising all elements of a user-centered design process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take charge of functional enhancements
  • Plan, organise and manage website optimisation activity
  • Work with external agencies to shape and deliver tests
  • Be the go-to person for CRO in the business
  • Work with key stakeholders to deliver tests from ideation, research, design, development, QA, and testing
  • Utilise all elements of a user-centered design process

Requirements:

  • Good experience in site CRO
  • Multivariate testing skills and tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Proven track record of delivering complete UX lifecycle projects
