My client is looking for someone who ensures the funnel and customer journey are flowing to the best they can, from a design, creative, and technical view are up to date, follow best practice and support the commercial aims of the business. My client requires you to able to create, run and monitor A/B and MVT testing with consumers, highlighting the best results balanced from a commercial and customer perspective. On a day-to-day basis you will be designing and managing the CRO roadmap, covering A/B, MVT testing and personalisation . You must be able to understand user behaviours and customer journeys through web analytics, CRO tools, AI tools, best practice, and other data sources to understand the full journey. You will be using the data and research to recommend new/improved site features and content while being able to influence the development roadmap based on the customer journey. You will also be managing the end-to-end testing process.
