Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce group is seeking a strong CRO Manager to join their team in Kent. The ideal person will have experience with Web conversion rate optimisation, with proven ability to maximise sales through driving user experience, leading CRO meetings, A/B and MVT testing. You will have knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing tools. The ideal person should be able to work well in a fast paced environment, with changing demands, have a hands-on approach and work well within a team.
