Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and driven CRO/UX Lead to join our clients in-house digital team at a fashion brand. You’ll be responsible for leading conversion rate optimisation strategy and enhancing the user experience across the ecommerce platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data-driven design and creating seamless, customer-first online journeys. This role will be 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead conversion rate optimisation strategy
  • Enhance user experience across the ecommerce platform
  • Take ownership of a structured experimentation roadmap
  • Deliver A/B and multivariate tests to optimise key website areas such as checkout, product pages, and merchandising
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from Creative and Ecommerce to Development
  • Shape the UX across all digital touchpoints
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in CRO and UX
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in tools like GA4, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Hotjar, and Figma
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Self-starter with a passion for elegant design, conversion efficiency, and delivering measurable results
