Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven AI-First CRO Copywriter to join our dynamic Dubai team. In this role, you will skillfully blend human creativity with AI-powered precision to create conversion-focused content at scale. You will pioneer our next-generation conversion strategy, partnering with CRO experts to transform data-driven insights into compelling language. Your work will amplify our brand voice across all digital channels, turning browsers into buyers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft & Refine AI-Powered Copy: Use generative AI tools to rapidly produce initial drafts and creative variations for landing pages, emails, ads, and social media, then apply your expert touch to edit, enhance, and ensure brand alignment
  • Master the Art of the Prompt: Develop and iterate on sophisticated prompts that translate customer insights, data, and brand guidelines into high-quality, conversion-focused outputs from our AI toolset
  • Accelerate A/B Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to design, launch, and analyze a high volume of A/B tests, leveraging AI to quickly generate hypotheses and copy variants, dramatically increasing our testing velocity
  • Create a Feedback Loop: Analyze performance metrics not only to refine copy but also to improve our internal AI models and prompt libraries, making our entire content engine smarter and more effective over time
  • Establish Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of AI copywriting technology and prompt engineering techniques, documenting and sharing your learnings to establish best practices for the entire marketing team
  • Ensure Cohesive User Experience: Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure that AI-assisted copy is seamlessly integrated and enhances the overall user journey
  • Manage Prompt & Asset Libraries: Curate and maintain a central library of high-performing prompts, copy frameworks, and content assets for our key AI platforms

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content
  • Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals
  • An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice
