Pioneer AI-powered copy that converts for a $1B+ e-commerce brand. You'll own conversion-focused copy for Puffy.com—a $1B+ e-commerce brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce high-converting content at scale using AI tools
  • Partner with CRO on A/B testing strategy
  • Continuously optimize copy performance across landing pages, emails, ads, and social media

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
  • proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
  • Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
  • Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
  • Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
  • Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams
  • 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content
  • Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals
  • An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes
