Job Responsibility:
Produce high-converting content at scale using AI tools
Partner with CRO on A/B testing strategy
Continuously optimize copy performance across landing pages, emails, ads, and social media
Requirements:
5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams
3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results
At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content
Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis
Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals
An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies
Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes
Nice to have:
Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background
Experience with programmatic channels, TikTok Ads
Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO
Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms
