Years of Experience: Typically requires 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, which may include project coordination, engineering, operations, or other technical roles supporting product development or sustaining activities. Experience may be gained through a combination of full-time industry roles, internships, co-op assignments, or rotational programs. Foundational exposure to project management practices such as scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and project documentation. Job Responsibility

Support cross-functional teams in the execution of new product development and sustaining engineering projects
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, working with appropriate peers and functions to track progress, support issue resolution, and ensure alignment with established project plans and processes
Contribute to ensuring project work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the required level of product quality and regulatory compliance
