FinXL is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing Specialist to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Wealth Management client on a key transformation engagement. Take the next step in your career by driving quality and data integrity for a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to and maintain Test Strategy and Test Management Plans
  • Define SIT, UAT, Regression, and Cutover testing approaches and scope
  • Design and execute test cases for core D365 CRM entities and workflows
  • Validate Power Platform components including Power Automate flows
  • Execute integration testing involving upstream and downstream systems
  • Support business-led UAT by preparing scenarios and scripts
  • Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise application testing
  • Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and SIT/UAT
  • Proven experience testing integrations and data migration
  • Background in financial services, ideally Advice or Financial Planning
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Jira, and Azure DevOps tools
