We are on the lookout for a CRM Tech Manager to join the Marketing Retention team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As part of the Central Customer Engagement Tech team, we bridge the gap between complex engineering and high-impact marketing. We seek a dynamic, innovative CRM Tech Manager with a robust technical background and a passion for operational excellence. This role positions you at the forefront of industry-leading CRM technology, where you won't just use tools, you will design the systems that power them. Our focus is on building scalable, automated infrastructures and seamless data integrations that enable personalized, real-time customer experiences across the globe. Job Responsibility:

  • CRM Platform Implementation & Maintenance: Customizing, configuring and maintaining our main CRM platform (Braze) + supporting access management
  • Data integration and APIs: Managing and designing the integrations with Braze and other external tools (inbound or outbound)
  • Mobile SDKs integration support: Support our mobile dev teams globally to integrate the SDKs properly with the mobile clients by providing the best practices and best methods to use for different use cases
  • Technical problem solving: Troubleshooting skills to solve technical issues with different technical teams
  • Cross functional collaboration: Wellness to work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing
  • Holistic understanding of the business goal: To drive any technical initiative towards this goal

Requirements:

  • Proven experience for 2-3 years in managing CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) (Preferably Braze)
  • Proven knowledge about APIs integrations and endpoints
  • Liquid or templating language experience - coding languages would be a plus!
  • Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end implementation
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and delivery execution
