Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to delivery the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results!
Job Responsibility:
Create, own, and deliver the CRM plan and incentives
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities
Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results
Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience
Requirements:
Background in marketing, ideally with CRM, digital, or printed communications experience
A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach
Excellent relationship-building, organisational, and communication skills
Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects
Nice to have:
Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
