Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, as CRM Analyst you will design and deliver CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products. You have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile email design and enjoys staying current on industry best practices to support our clients with recommendations on innovative email features and capabilities including lifecycle strategy, dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
Job Responsibility:
Daily hands-on execution of CRM and marketing automation campaigns
Make recommendations and promote the use of innovative email features and capabilities
Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns
Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success
Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising important insights, and offering recommendations
Preparation of content grids for email, SMS, push notification communication
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of marketing automation solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, and Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile email design and an interest to be top of the class in this area
Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Appsflyer (desirable)
Experience in loyalty programs, specially in the retail sector
Knowledge of digital campaigns through multiple direct channels including email, push notification, SMS, Whats-App
Desirable knowledge of Customer Journey development
Experienced in data analysis and ability to interpret it
Knowledge in content grids, Tags for digital communication tracking
English Upper intermediate
