An opportunity has opened for a CRM Specialist to join the team, someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with clients, and bringing CRM strategies to life. This is an intermediate role with real ownership, where you’ll lead CRM implementations and partner with clients to drive meaningful change.
Job Responsibility:
Leading end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementations across Sales and Service Hubs
Running discovery sessions and workshops to understand client needs and shape solutions
Designing and configuring CRM systems aligned to best practice and client objectives
Advising clients on CRM strategy, optimisation, and digital transformation
Identifying opportunities, risks, and improvements across projects and feeding these back to wider teams
Supporting internal teams (PM, Marketing, Customer Success) with CRM configuration and enhancements
Connecting and advising on native integrations, and contributing to the design of custom solutions
Delivering training and post-implementation coaching to ensure long-term client success
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience working with HubSpot CRM (agency or in-house)
