Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of Seasonal communications. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results, both directly through the communications and by developing stronger and more personalised opportunities for our Seasonal activity. It's a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

  • Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience
