Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of Seasonal communications. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results, both directly through the communications and by developing stronger and more personalised opportunities for our Seasonal activity. It's a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of Seasonal communications

Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of seasonal activity across all business categories but with a proactive focus on health and wellness
Working as a member of the seasonal marketing squad to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities
Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result
Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience
Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs
Requirements:
Background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM
Creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set
Excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills
Happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work
