Job Description:

A CRM Specialist / HubSpot Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising HubSpot CRM for both internal marketing operations and client-facing projects. This role ensures seamless CRM implementation, data integrity, and marketing automation to support ITC Service’s Marketing Team and deliver exceptional client experiences. The position involves configuring HubSpot, training users, and continuously improving CRM processes to align with marketing strategies and client objectives. The CRM Specialist will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure HubSpot is leveraged effectively for lead management, reporting, and campaign success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and customise HubSpot CRM to meet business and client requirements
  • Manage data migration, integration, and synchronisation between HubSpot and other platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with GDPR and company standards
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, pipelines, and dashboards for marketing and sales teams
  • Collaborate with clients to implement HubSpot solutions tailored to their business needs
  • Support the Marketing Team with HubSpot campaign setup, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics
  • Assist in optimising landing pages, forms, and CTAs for lead generation
  • Contribute to marketing automation strategies and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Deliver HubSpot onboarding and training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and troubleshooting
  • Provide best-practice guidance for CRM usage and marketing automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitor HubSpot performance metrics and recommend enhancements
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • IT literate with a good understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to complete relevant HubSpot certifications and training
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign management
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs
  • Experience in reporting and analytics within HubSpot
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM Implementation)
