Are you a creative CRM professional with a passion for storytelling and data-driven excellence? We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join a world-leading innovative performance apparel brand. You will be instrumental in executing high-impact loyalty and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to connect with a global community of wellness enthusiasts.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and optimize CRM campaigns across email and automated channels with a heavy emphasis on brand alignment and creative excellence
Review and challenge internal creative assets and copy to ensure they are compelling, on-brand, and resonate with a premium audience
Have full ownership of campaign setup, testing, and deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including managing lead flows, imports, and dashboards
Draw actionable insights from CDP and reporting tools to optimize email analytics, segmentation, and conversion rates
Lead the planning and implementation of key regional CRM projects and ensure flawless execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Retail or Lifestyle sectors
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CDP, and advanced reporting/intelligence tools is essential
A strong creative mindset with the ability to critique design and copy to ensure it meets luxury/premium brand standards
Proven ability to translate complex metrics into actionable business proposals and a solid understanding of A/B testing and segmentation
An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with kindness, and possesses a "can-do" attitude
