Job Responsibility

  • Lead requirement gathering and discovery workshops with business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear functional designs, configurations, and process flows
  • Configure CRM modules, workflows, approvals, SLAs, and automation using platform-native capabilities
  • Act as the functional bridge between business users and technical delivery teams
  • Support solution demos, walkthroughs, and design validation sessions
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration validation, and go-live activities
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of professional experience as a CRM Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with configurable or low-code CRM platforms
  • Proven expertise across CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Case Management
  • Solid understanding of CRM data models, entities, workflows, business rules, and automation
  • Experience designing approvals, SLAs, dashboards, and KPI-driven reports
  • Familiarity with business process modeling standards (BPMN or equivalent)
  • Experience working with CRM integrations involving ERP systems, billing, customer portals, and third-party tools
  • Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and user stories
