Job Responsibility:
Developing and implementing retention marketing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and advocacy
Leading end-to-end campaign planning and execution across email, SMS, app, and digital channels
Partnering with data teams to develop dashboards and insight frameworks that measure channel effectiveness and customer behaviour
Championing a test-and-learn approach to optimise engagement and conversion
Monitoring performance and optimising journeys to increase retention
Owning core KPIs including churn reduction, engagement metrics, and customer lifetime value
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align retention programmes with business objectives
Reporting on campaign performance and retention metrics to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
A proven track record in B2C marketing communications, ideally within energy or other regulated sectors
Experience developing retention strategies and delivering multi-channel CRM activity at scale
Commercial awareness with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
High level of data literacy, able to interpret insight and turn it into clear actions
Collaborative and influential, skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment
Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, detail-driven approach to problem-solving

Experience working with automated marketing platforms and CRM tools such as Braze
