With CRM & Loyalty becoming a critical growth pillar, personalisation now plays a central role in strengthening customer relationships and unlocking meaningful value across channels. Our client is looking for a proactive, data-savvy professional to join their team as a CRM Personalisation Specialist. In this role, you will support the evolution of a more automated, data-driven, and personalised CRM approach across the Benelux region. You will help build the technical foundations that fuel campaign personalisation, lifecycle journeys, collaboration with partner channels, and AI-driven optimisations, while ensuring ethical and compliant data usage at every step. You will work closely with CRM, Loyalty, Data, Legal, and AI teams to shape the future of customer communications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, develop, and manage the CRM data plan to optimise how customer data is collected and leveraged across owned platforms
  • Create a phased roadmap for journey-based CRM and refine lifecycle journeys through strong data briefings
  • Integrate dynamic content templates within CRM communications and the Members platform
  • Work closely with the internal AI team to explore and develop AI-driven personalisation capabilities
  • Develop robust measurement plans and ensure consistent performance reporting
  • Support customer-centric dashboard creation and continuous optimisation
  • Align with Legal on data usage and compliance across all CRM touchpoints
  • Facilitate data collaborations with paid media, operators, and other partner channels, enabling joint optimisations and clean-room initiatives
  • Support technical setup, testing, and end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and automated journeys

Requirements:

  • Ambition to further develop your career in CRM personalisation and digital marketing strategy
  • At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, preferably with CRM or personalisation focus
  • Past experience in data integrations for personalised email, push, loyalty, or web experiences is a plus
  • Your strengths include project prioritisation, structured thinking, and problem-solving
  • Strong hands-on mentality with willingness to support testing and end-to-end delivery
  • A strong ethical approach to data usage combined with a drive for commercial results
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English are needed in this job
  • Experience collaborating with cross-channel teams and working with customer data sets
