Job Description:

As the CRM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administration, optimization, and governance of the HubSpot platform to support commercial teams and drive adoption Tulsa-PRO and Sonnalleve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as HubSpot SuperAdmin responsible for system configuration, user permissions, integrations, and platform governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements into CRM configuration, including objects, workflows, pipelines, automation and lifecycle management
  • Maintain CRM data the integrity through governance policies, data hygiene standards, deduplication processes, and process management
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, commercial activity, and key revenue metrics
  • Provide ongoing CRM support including users training, pipeline management guidance, and issue resolution
  • Identify and implement new HubSpot capabilities to improve commercial efficiency and scalability
  • Other duties as identified and needed by the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another business program
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platforms
  • Proven experience leading CRM architecture from discovery through implementation
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot
  • experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset
  • Experience working within commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations teams
  • Experience integrating CRM with marketing automation, ERP, analytics, and engagement tools
  • Experience designing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and attribution frameworks
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and complex deal cycles
  • Expertise in data management and data quality
  • A results-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving things to closure
  • Well-developed and proven capabilities in problem-solving
  • Demonstrated strength to work independently as well as build effective relationships with others
  • Medical devices experience is an asset
