We are looking for a CRM Martech Manager to lead marketing technology initiatives for three B2B manufacturing brands in New York. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on team member who can strengthen customer engagement, improve lead management, and turn performance data into practical business recommendations. The role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration to help marketing and sales teams create a more connected customer journey.
Job Responsibility:
Direct the day-to-day strategy, administration, and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple business units
Create and refine automated campaigns, workflows, and customer journey programs that support lead nurturing and conversion goals
Plan and launch B2B demand generation initiatives that guide prospects from initial engagement through sales readiness
Analyze campaign, funnel, and engagement data to uncover trends and provide recommendations that support revenue growth
Work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to establish lead stages, scoring models, and effective handoff processes
Monitor data quality within the CRM environment and implement practices that improve segmentation, accuracy, and overall system performance
Support platform enhancements such as integrations, reporting improvements, and process optimization tied to marketing operations
Develop dashboards and performance reporting that give stakeholders clear visibility into campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a marketing automation or CRM-focused role
Strong understanding of marketing automation strategy, customer lifecycle planning, and lead nurturing in a B2B environment
Ability to interpret campaign and funnel metrics and convert findings into actionable insights for business teams
Technical aptitude to troubleshoot automations, support integrations, and work with platform configurations
Experience managing marketing technology needs across multiple brands, divisions, or business units
Background in B2B marketing, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex sales environments
Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI is highly valued
Knowledge of digital marketing and email campaign execution within a CRM-driven framework
