Job Description

We’re seeking a CRM MarTech Manager to support three B2B manufacturing brands as we scale our lead generation and customer engagement efforts. This is an opportunity for a hands-on martech professional who loves digging into data, building automation, and turning insights into action. This role will own CRM strategy, execution, and reporting—helping the business better understand the customer journey, activate leads, and clearly show growth impact across the funnel.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage CRM automations, workflows, and customer journeys
  • Design and execute B2B campaigns that pull leads through the funnel from first touch to conversion
  • Translate customer data into actionable insights that sales and marketing teams can use
  • Partner with stakeholders to define lead stages, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to show pipeline growth, lead performance, and campaign ROI
  • Maintain data integrity and optimize CRM processes across brands
  • Support additional CRM functionality as needed (integrations, segmentation, data hygiene)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Strong background in marketing automation, CRM management, and customer journey mapping
  • A true martech 'data geek'—comfortable analyzing funnels, conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Some coding or technical experience (ability to understand, troubleshoot, or support integrations and automations)
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Power BI experience for advanced reporting and visualization
