Job Description:

Circle K is looking for a skilled Salesforce Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Global Salesforce team. We're searching for someone passionate about Salesforce & digital customer journeys, who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving puzzles.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the creation and maintenance of our customer journey flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new requirements and align on prioritization
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce platform
Work closely with the commercial team to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce journey solutions
Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion

Requirements:

Solid experience working within Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement
Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement
Experience in Project Management or Project Teams
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Proactive, self-managed, and adaptable with a positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment
Eager to learn new things and develop skills
Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Interest in learning about business processes and systems

Nice to have:

Salesforce Administrator certification
Other languages besides English
