Job Description

SpotHero is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will primarily focus on building, executing, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns, with additional support for B2C initiatives. You work across multiple channels, including email, in-app, push, and SMS. The ideal candidate has strong copywriting skills and experience leveraging CRM tools to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute CRM campaigns in Iterable across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, with a primary focus on operator (B2B) communications and consumer campaigns relating to partnerships and events
  • Partner with the B2B Partner Marketing Specialist to build and launch campaigns and lifecycle journeys for operating partners
  • Build and maintain lifecycle campaigns focused on retention, engagement, and relationship building across consumer and operator audiences
  • Write clear, concise, and on-brand copy tailored to both operator (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as deliverability, engagement, and conversion
  • Contribute to campaign planning and bring forward ideas grounded in CRM and lifecycle marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working within a CRM platform such as Braze, Iterable, or related systems
  • Experience building personalized and dynamic message content via Handlebars or Liquid Logic
  • Experience building lifecycle journeys based on real-time events and strategic data-driven user segments
  • A data-driven approach that leverages multi-variant test designs to drive improvements
  • Familiar and comfortable working with email HTML
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
