This newly created role, CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, is a pivotal position focused on removing friction between marketing and sales. You will be the go-to expert for HubSpot and marketing operations, owning and optimising the CRM ecosystem to drive performance, efficiency, and revenue impact. You will take full ownership of HubSpot, maintain clean and structured customer data, implement automation and workflows, and enable the sales team to engage leads effectively. You will also manage website integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth flow of data between platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue growth, operational excellence, and team performance.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and optimise HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, automation, and reporting
Drive data hygiene, segmentation strategy, and governance across the CRM
Build and maintain automated nurture flows, lead scoring models, and routing processes
Troubleshoot HubSpot, website, and integration issues
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT to implement best-practice processes
Identify and implement workflow, automation, and reporting improvements
Lead projects end-to-end, proposing and executing solutions that improve efficiency, adoption, and performance
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, CRM, or marketing automation
Advanced HubSpot administration and workflow build capability
Strong expertise in data hygiene, segmentation, and governance
Proven experience designing nurture flows, lead scoring frameworks, and lead routing processes
Experience managing website and form integrations
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and attribution modelling
A collaborative approach, partnering effectively with Sales and Revenue teams
