My client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their well-established fast-growing team, offering a salary up to £55,000, the role is hybrid. You will be a well-rounded retention disruptor that can optimise, drive and deliver results across the ever-growing customer base.
Job Responsibility:
Own, create and deliver the overall CRM strategy
Identify key commercial levers and priorities across CRM channels
Manage loyalty programmes
Focus on testing new initiatives across different customer cohorts and types
Manage and deliver email planner
Work closely with creative, brand and marketing team on delivery automation, lifecycle and broadcast emails
Own and deliver performance reporting
Liaise effectively with Brand, Marketing, Creative teams and third-party agencies ensuring CRM strategy is aligned to the overall strategy and brand vision
Requirements:
Data led retention marketer
Confident dealing with data and providing recommendations off the back of insights
Good analytical skills with good attention to detail
Good understanding of data protection and privacy legislation
