Do you want to work in the luxury travel industry delivering B2B shows worldwide defining specific travel genres and building passionate communities around them? My client is looking for a CRM Manager to join there ever-growing team. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work internationally and work only a 4-day week while being paid for 5.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and theForce.com platform including Sales and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Ability to define, develop and deliver CRM projects, technology, systems and processes
  • Ability to administer, refine and develop integration and automation for all CRM processes including Dashboards
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis for sales, marketing and senior leadership
  • Provide actionable business insights

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Knowledge of Pardot and other digital marketing tools
  • Creative problem solver
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Process Builder and Lightning Flow
  • Resilient, pro-active, and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis, organization, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
