Job Description

We're looking for a CRM Manager to join our Inbound Marketing team and accelerate the growth of our Self-Serve business. Your role? Maximize free-to-paid conversion, upsell, and reactivation through personalized, data-driven CRM programs. You'll work closely with Revenue teams, with direct impact on our MRR.

Job Responsibility

  • Maximize free-to-paid conversion, upsell, and reactivation through personalized, data-driven CRM programs
  • Own the signup to paid conversion rate and lead all CRM initiatives designed to improve it
  • Build and optimize cross-channel campaigns (email & in-app) that activate, convert, and expand our customer base
  • Test, learn, repeat: Run A/B tests, experiment with messaging, and continuously improve workflows
  • Launch automated programs using behavioral data-onboarding, nurturing, reactivation, upsell
  • Track what matters: Monitor and improve CVR, activation rate, engagement, churn, and CRM-driven MRR
  • Co-manage our newsletter with the Brand team
  • Partner with Product on announcements and lifecycle updates
  • Support Sales, RevOps, and PMM on CRM-related needs
  • Provide clear reporting on all CRM initiatives
  • Be our internal expert on Intercom and HubSpot
  • Manage communication pressure: Make sure prospects and customers receive coherent, relevant, and well-timed messages
  • Own the cross-team editorial calendar for lifecycle, marketing, product, and brand communications - ensuring alignment and a smooth customer experience
  • Keep data clean, reliable, and lifecycle management consistent across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a CRM Manager or similar role, ideally in SaaS or product-led environments
  • Data-driven approach: comfortable with metrics, cohorts, dashboards, and experiment design
  • Strong grasp of CRM best practices – automation, segmentation, lifecycle messaging
  • Business acumen: evaluate ROI and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent writing skills in French (native) and English
  • Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of product-driven communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate across teams

Nice to have

Tool knowledge of Intercom and HubSpot is a strong advantage
